Overall a fantastic experience.

I'm really happy I used Charlotte and her team for my wedding! Charlotte was very responsive during the wedding process - making it really easy and convenient to work with her. The person who did my hair and makeup was also really responsive - she spoke with me between my hair trial and my wedding day about different styles that would work for my hair type. She made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would turn out perfectly on the wedding day. The day of the wedding, the whole team was great! They did a fantastic job on everyone's hair and makeup. They were also really friendly and just generally easy to work with. They spent time with each person making sure they got the look they wanted. At one point my grandma came in and wanted a touch up from the makeup job she had done on herself, and Charlotte's team jumped right in to help her. Overall a fantastic experience.
