I would HIGHLY recommend Charlotte Phinney.

I had a trial run for my wedding with Joanne and she did an amazing job! She was very professional and listened to how I wanted my hair and makeup done. The day of my wedding, she did my hair and makeup exactly how she did it in the trial run. On my wedding day, Joanne also did my mother's makeup and it came out gorgeous. It looked very natural. She did my sister and stepdaughter's hair, too, and both of them came out great. I cannot say enough about Charlotte Phinney and especially Joanne. I would HIGHLY recommend Charlotte Phinney.
