Meet Our Featured Bride
One night at a bar in Allston, Meagan couldn’t find her friend and was nervous about being alone. She spotted Rich and his friend standing nearby, they looked safe to her. She went up and asked if she could stand with them until she found her friend. That led to them dancing all night. They went on their first real date the next night!
Meagan and Rich started hiking together in 2020 when she was going through a health crisis.
Hiking was the overall theme for their wedding. The tables were each named after a mountain that they had climb together.
Their color scheme was purple and silver.
The bridesmaids dresses were the exact color that her late mother had for her wedding. She didn’t know this until after she had chosen the colors.
Her mom was her best friend, she passed away a few years ago. She was incorporated into their day in so many ways. Her mom loved flowers and planted cosmos in their yard over 20 years ago. Those same flowers bloom every year.
Their favors were Cosmo seeds for their guests to plant in honor of her mom.

From the bride:
We paid a lot of attention to the little details, and we’re so happy that we did. Any part of the day that we could have added meeting to, we tried our best to do that. Parts of our day also went wrong, but that is expected.
