I worked with Shari as a hair and makeup artist from Charlotte Phinney for myself and my 2 bridesmaids for my wedding (as well as a trial beforehand) and she did an incredible job. She is very talented at airbrush makeup and did hairstyles exactly as my bridesmaids and I wanted them. She is also very open to opinions and to making you look exactly as you want and feel comfortable in/feels like “you.” She even took photos of all of us at the end in our getting-ready robes. Shari and Charlotte Phinney gave my wedding a great start to a magical day.

I worked with Marissa on my wedding hair/makeup and had a great experience. She is professional, warm, and an amazingly talented artist in her field. She was patient with me during the trial and on the morning of to help me achieve the perfect wedding day look! Marissa also did an excellent job on my mom and one of my bridesmaids. Emma and Bob did the hair/makeup for my MIL, MOH, and other bridesmaids. They were timely, fun, and professional. Everyone looked and felt beautiful due to their incredible work! Mercedes did my hair and makeup for my wedding and she was fantastic. She was so kind and did an amazing job on my look. Everyone was so impressed with the hairstyle that she gave me! Charlotte was amazing at communication and making sure that everything was all set for the appointment the day of. I highly recommend going with Charlotte & Co. for your wedding.

Chris did my makeup and hair for my wedding and I got compliments all night! It was a very hot day out and my down hairstyle still lasted through it. She also did hair and makeup for my MIL, hair for my mom, and makeup for my sister. They all were happy as well! The planning process was smooth as well, Charlotte was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend for hair and makeup!

Marissa did an amazing job on everyone’s makeup for my wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made everyone look like themselves. Would definitely use them again!

We had such a great team with Sareva, Michaela, and Danielle. They were all so professional while also being so fun to work with as well. They made what can easily be a stressful process so calming and relaxing so that we started the wedding day off right! Charlotte's team was easily the smoothest part of our day. They made us all feel absolutely beautiful! For starters, Charlotte herself is extremely responsive and helpful when planning for the big day. The team she sent, (Emma, Amber, Shannon, and Norma) were all extremely nice and got all of our looks exactly how we wanted. They got in 11 girls following the schedule perfectly and each girl simply showed them inspo pics minutes before the artists were able to recreate them. If anyone had requests for readjustments or touch-ups, they were happy to help and use the feedback. Most importantly, they made us all feel how we wanted. Some girls wanted more glam looks and they could accomplish that, a lot of us (especially myself) wanted more natural looks and they nailed it. I couldn't recommend Charlotte and her team more!!!

After speaking to several hair & makeup artists, I contracted with Charlotte Phinney for my wedding & am so glad I did! Charlotte listened to me & my needs & immediately knew who on her team would be the right fit for me & my wedding. Dee & Michaela were absolutely fantastic!! They were both so friendly & calm through the entire process from trial to the day of. I especially owe them for not losing their cool with my mom, who was difficult, to say the least. We all have very curly hair & Dee did a beautiful job that lasted all day & through the night on all of us (even through all of the dancing & sweating). we all loved the makeup job Michaela did! This too lasted all night! They made me feel so beautiful that I struggled with having to take it all off at the end of the night (@ 5 am!)

6/24/2023 wedding with Emily & Ann. We had the most wonderful time with both! Everything looked & felt wonderful! I’m so grateful to Charlotte and the Team for creating my vision. My Bridesmaids and family and friends loved them too! Easy to communicate with them and any concerns I had. I’m so grateful to have found this company! Jennifer and Ann did a great job at hair and makeup for me, the bridal party, and the mother of the bride and groom. Both lasted the entire evening and my makeup didn't smudge one bit when I cried. Charlotte was also very communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process. Worth every penny. *Make sure to get Jennifer if you book for makeup!*

I decided to use Charlotte & Co. for hair and makeup for my wedding! Charlotte was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When my original hairdresser was sick the day of my trial, she immediately found someone else to do the trial that very same day who was also available on my wedding day. This allowed me to do the hair and makeup trial at the same time (to get a sense of the overall look), while also maintaining continuity from the trial to the big day. And when I added a few more bridesmaids & my Aunt for hair and makeup a month or so before the wedding, she was incredibly flexible, adding another artist and having them start earlier in the morning. We had the pleasure of spending the morning with Bob (makeup), Kerry (hair), and Nicole (hair & makeup) and they were all amazing! Bob got the party started when he set up his speaker and started singing along at 7 am. He was so friendly all morning and did a wonderful job with everyone’s makeup. He even retouched the women who went first since he finished ahead of schedule! Kerry was incredibly patient with me at my trial when I couldn’t decide what I wanted for my hairstyle. She tried lots of different styles and gave me some great advice about getting some highlights to help my vision come to life. I was pretty nervous about liking my hair on my wedding day since I can be picky, but I LOVED it! Kerry listened to exactly what I wanted and it came out beautiful. My sister-in-law took this picture at the end of the reception ~12 hours later and it still looked perfect (and I was on the dance floor all night). Nicole was very talented – she was tasked with a blowout, a half up/half down, a couple of up-dos and some makeup, and everything came out gorgeous. She also offered to do the makeup for one of my bridesmaids who wasn’t originally planning to get it done (she’s usually picky about her makeup, but after seeing Nicole do makeup for others, she was very impressed and asked her to do hers too). Charlotte & Co. was recommended to me by my wedding planner, and I would highly recommend them to any bride! They are talented, fun, and great people to spend your morning with!

From the first moment I reached out to Charlotte and Co. about booking makeup for my wedding they got back to me immediately and were very detailed about the whole process. I was able to have my makeup trial in the comfort of my own home with Jennifer. Jennifer was amazing right from the start on my wedding day. She was very calming listened to what everyone wanted and did our make-up flawlessly. She even touched up some of the bridesmaids who chose to do their own makeup and applied their lashes for them. I couldn’t be happier with how my makeup came out I got so many compliments on it!

We had a wonderful experience working with Charlotte & Co. Our team of artists, Gianna, BriAnna, Nicole, and Kristen, were so talented and really helped make our wedding morning so fun and enjoyable. They were very prompt and did a great job keeping us all on schedule while delivering quality results. I worked with Charlotte and company for my wedding day hair and makeup. I knew I only wanted a few services (just me, my mom, and my mother-in-law) and I had a hard time finding an artist who would work with a small number of people. My artist was Chris and I knew from my trial I would love working with her. She was super responsive to my ideas and concerns and when I couldn't decide she helpfully weighed in with her opinions. I was hesitant about airbrush makeup, but it feels so light and smooth! I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day; for my hair to look how it looks on a "good" hair day and my makeup to look like an "enhanced" version of daily me. Chris nailed it and I couldn't be happier with how the look came out.

Charlotte was so helpful in the planning process, even conducting a few phone calls to help me figure out logistics! Bri did my hair and makeup and is an absolute joy to work with. She definitely knows her stuff and I felt beautiful and didn't have to worry about eyelashes falling into my face or makeup coming off. Day of, we also had Sara and Ann to do my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law's hair and makeup and everyone could not stop looking at themselves in the mirror once they were finished. Bri, Sara, and Ann definitely made the getting ready part of my wedding day a fun and happy experience, and made everyone feel so beautiful! Thank you so much to the team !!

Charlotte and her team are truly incredible. Charlotte was so organized and helpful during the planning process. She made everything so easy and was always available for any questions that I had. I worked with Giana for my hair/makeup on my Wedding Day and she seriously gave me my dream wedding look! During our trial, she listened to my asks and went above and beyond. On the Wedding day, she was so organized and helped me have a very smooth morning! My hair didnt' budge at all - even though we were on a boat where it was windy. My makeup also lasted the entire day and didn't smudge at all when I had some happy tears 🙂 The airbrush makeup was sooo light too! It looked so natural! I absolutely loved working with Anna from Charlotte and Co. for hair and makeup on my wedding day. I did a hair and makeup trial a few months before my New Year's Eve wedding day and loved my makeup. Anna even taught me a few things that changed the way I do my day-to-day make up. I have very thick long hair and knew ahead of time that my Hollywood glam waves may not be doable for the time needed for a wedding. I was absolutely blown away by the results on my wedding day. My hair was absolutely perfect and even better than I could have imagined. Anna was incredibly polite and fun to work with. She was extremely professional and I would highly recommend her.

Dee and Viviana did an INCREDIBLE job at my wedding! I had 9 people in my wedding party who needed their hair done and every single person looked absolutely gorgeous!! Everyone felt so beautiful and confident. It made my heart so happy! A few of my friends were nervous about getting their hair done because they either had really thick long hair or thin hair. Dee and Viviana exceeded their expectations! They made us feel so comfortable and were so positive. They even joined in on the fun, singing along with us to our favorite 90s songs. I absolutely loved working with Charlotte, Ann, and Norma from Charlotte & Co! Charlotte manages all of the bookings and communication. She is professional, responsive, and attentive to detail throughout the whole process. I felt at ease in all of my work with her because she was so experienced and knowledgeable. Before my hair and makeup trials, Charlotte provided me with the contact information for Ann (my hair stylist) and Norma (my makeup artist) and asked me to send them some photos so that they could understand my vision before the trial. Because of that, my trial was so effective and put me at ease before my wedding day. Ann and Norma are both so talented and absolutely incredible to work with. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about them! They were warm, professional, and honestly really fun to hang out with in the hours leading up to the ceremony. Marisa, Shannon, and Viviana all did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. They listened to the preferences of each individual ("natural" looking makeup versus glam makeup) and tailored accordingly, which is the mark of a true professional. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their final look. Charlotte is a very responsive business owner and ensures her clients are happy with their service. The best hair and makeup company EVER! Charlotte was simply WONDERFUL to work with, wow! She was right there answering any questions I had within a heartbeat. Charlotte was super responsive and accommodating, even with a short timeframe between booking and my wedding day. I had two makeup artists for nine people - Patrizia and Carolina. I had my makeup done with Camryn. She was absolutely amazing. I have Rosacea and my skin is my biggest insecurity. My biggest fear going into my wedding day was how my makeup would look. I hate being photographed for that reason. She made me look absolutely amazing. You wouldn´t even know I had Rosacea. She also did a great job on my bridesmaids as well. My makeup lasted all day through all of my happy tears, the cold weather, and more. The company was great to work with fast responses, accommodating, and flexibility. I´m so glad I got to work with them.

Working with Charlotte was absolutely wonderful, she was so responsive and flexible and made selecting services a breeze. We worked with Mercedes on my wedding day and it felt like having a friend over with us as we got ready. Bob did makeup for myself, my mom, and 4 bridesmaids for my June 8th wedding. He did an amazing job! He was prompt, easy to work with, listened to exactly what we all wanted, and kept us right on time. I can’t say enough about how excellent he was and how amazing my makeup looked. It also stayed put for 12 hours with no smudging or running. As far as Charlotte Phinney as a company they were also excellent. Very prompt with replying to emails and setting up a timeline for the big day. Everything was excellent!
