Meet Our Featured Bride
Jessica and Marco met at work in 1997. They had an immediate friendship, years passed and they lost touch. In 2014, they rekindled their friendship and quickly fell in love.
For their wedding day, they wanted a vintage garden party that would perfectly mirror their personalities and their history. Lush hydrangeas and raw nature were blended to symbolize Marcos Portuguese heritage with the lilacs from Jessica’s garden in Massachusetts.
Their theme was intimacy and elegance with just a touch of whimsy. Jessica and Marco’s favorite details were the flowing to the floor hydrangea runner, the hanging lilac garden, the escort card pillows on each chair and the “ring for a kiss” vintage goat bells.

Comments from the bride:
We chose a small “micro wedding” with just our immediate families inspired by this beautiful Louisa May Alcott quote:
“I don’t want a fashionable wedding but only those about me whom I love, and to them I wish to look and be my familiar self.”
