Jessica and Matt met in a pool in Mexico while on a company sales trip. Jessica worked in Milwaukee and Matt in Boston. Jessica wandered into the right pool at the right time and met the man who would eventually become her husband!
Their nautical themed wedding was inspired by Matt’s passion for boating and because they lived a mile from the ocean.
The men wore dark blue and the ladies wore cranberry red (sooo Massachusetts!)
Their ceremony was at the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage, a small church with a very big boat vibe. The reception took place on the Odyssey Harbor Cruise Ship.
Jessica made each guest an ornament from an oyster shell, complete with a pearl. These were in honor of Jessica’s late grandmother, who started a large ornament collection for her dad and aunt when they were little. These also signified her and Matt’s love for oysters on the half shell!

We had so much fun sharing our day with Shari and Abbi! They fit right in with us girls and it felt like we were just hanging out with friends all day.
