Amanda and Matthew met while working at an Italian restaurant in Wisconsin in 2015.
The couple chose a modern boho theme for their wedding. Their colors were dusty blue with accents of sage green, wine, and rose gold.
Matt in his spare time paints and often uses geometrics patterns in his work. So, they incorporated geometric shapes throughout the decor.
There were many very personal touches. Amanda’s mother made a flower wall and macrame hangings for the outdoor arbor at their alter. Her sister did custom work on mirrors and acrylics for their signs. Amanda crocheted over 100 placemats for the tables!
The couple did a rose ceremony in honor of Matt’s mother who passed away a few months before their wedding.
One of Amanda’s favorite parts of the day was when thirty butterflies were released during their ceremony. They landed on the couple and on the guests during the vows. It was beautiful!
